The X-0415 Diagnosis Headers ICD10 Listing Report will print a listing of ICD10 Codes with Diagnosis Headers.

The X-0415 Diagnosis Headers ICD10 Listing is produced through the Print Medical Records Profile option within the Medical Records Reporting menu.

The report includes the date, time, and user who ran the option. The report will reflect the ICD10 Start Code, the ICD10 Ending Code, the Header Code, Description of the Diagnosis Header, and Total Number Of Records.
